THE AUTHENTICITY PROJECT

Beautiful book, I was in a sort of slump before I picked this up, and boy, it was a great decision. It is a gorgeous book, revolves around a simple notebook, how it transforms the life of so many people, just by asking them to write about their own life in an authentic way. There aren’t 2-3 characters in this book, there are so many that you think as if they are your family. It is so satisfying to see how each of these characters interact with each other, filling the void of each other. Each one suffering from a different problem, each one of them act as a metaphor of our problems, and it’s genuinely fascinating to see how it all turns up, until the very last page. If you wish to read a book to clear your own mind especially if there’s so much going on in your life, do read it, this book might have the same effect on you as the notebook had on those fictional characters.
